If you are the owner of the account
If you've created your Futrli account from Sage for Accountants, you'll not be able to login from Futrli login page.
Instead, you need to log into Sage for Accountants and access Futrli from Client Management.
Additional users
Similarly if you've added users to access Futrli from Client Management, they will need to login from Sage for Accountants also.
You can however invite additional users to this Futrli account to access Futrli only and not Sage for Accountants. In that case the additional user can login from the Futrli login page.
