Common sync questions

If for any reason you're experiencing some syncing frustration, this guide has some steps you can try to fix the issue yourself.

If you need to speak with our Support Team, they will always do everything they can to help. Please confirm with them the name of the organisation you're trying to sync and they'll come back to you as quickly as possible.

Sage Accounting

Futrli integrates with Sage Accounting. Further integrations will be available very soon, but if you are looking to connect a Sage product that is not Sage Accounting, you may see an error.


Xero

If ever a Xero organisation becomes disconnected with Futrli, there is an option within Xero itself that might help you get the organisation reconnected.

Head into Xero, then into the organisation in question. Within the organisation settings, you should see Connected Apps.

Here you will find listed the third party apps connected to the Xero organisation.

Locate Futrli Predict, then click Disconnect. Don't worry - this will have no impact on anything you have done in Futrli (only deleting the organisation in Futrli will result in losing work).

Head back into Futrli, then click Reconnect. The organisation in question should now display as available to integrate.
