You don’t need to worry about syncing your data manually. Your data from Xero or QuickBooks Online will refresh every 12 hours.

This is a simple checklist to follow when you log into Flow. Depending on the volume of transactions, this could be daily or weekly.

  1. Scan your Actionfeed. What's it telling you? Who needs a chase?

  2. Check off each post when you’ve actioned/read it. Clear it ready for tomorrow or next week.

  3. Head to Flow In to scan for additional trends within your customer base. Do you need to insure any new sales invoices? Drill into any customer, for more detail.

  4. Head to Flow Out to scan for additional trends within your customer base. Do you need to insure any new sales invoices? Drill into any customer, for more detail.

Note: you can pin posts that you want to be refreshed every time data is updated. For instance, you always want to know who is paying you late, or who you are most dependent on.
