Futrli integrates with your Xero or QuickBooks organisation. During your initial on-boarding, we make the connection and then maintain it by automatically pulling in new data every 12 hours.

If your data becomes disconnected, head to the settings area in the top right corner.

Hover over your organisation tile and you’ll see the 'Settings' link. Data becomes disconnected due to reasons such as tokens expiring or API issues with the data provider. It is rectified simply.

When you hit the settings link, you’ll be presented with the data source that needs to be reconnected. Go through the authorisation flow again and the connection will be reestablished.
