As well as having the option of creating in-app predictions for all accounts (either using a Freestyle, Repeating, Unit Based or Formula method), Futrli has an import feature integrated with Google Sheets.

What data can be imported?

Use the Import feature to bring data in for any of the following:

UK Payroll - accurately calculate your staff costs, including PAYE, pensions, National Insurance, bonuses etc.

Australian Payroll - accurately calculate your staff costs forecasting, including PAYG, Medicare, Superannuation, commission etc.

NZ Payroll - accurately calculate your staff costs forecasting, including sales tax, Kiwisaver, commission etc.

Recurring Revenue - predict up to 10 streams of recurring revenue based on growth and churn assumptions.

Loan Amortization - if you are repaying loans or looking to take one out, use this to calculate repayments and interest.

Client Tracker - predict a combination of one off and monthly recurring revenue for up to 50 clients.

Grouped Payments - tell us about your accruals, prepayments or deferred revenue and we will handle the journals.

Invoice Discounting - if you are receiving payment via invoice discounting, use this to accurately predict costs and cash flows.

Custom Monthly - a blank template that lets you pull any monthly value directly into your cashflow.

Custom Daily - a completely flexible template allowing daily values to be pulled directly into Futrli.

Stock - predict cost of sales and related stock movements.

How does it work?

Step one - create your Master Sheet

Before you use any of the templates, you'll need to create your own Master Sheet. This Master Sheet is where your own version of any of the templates are copied to, ready for you to add your own data.

Step two - select your template

Once your Master Sheet has been created, you can now select which template you'd like to use. Under each template you'll see the option "Get the template". Give that a click, then copy the template over to your Master Sheet.

Step three - add your data

Each template is specifically set up to link back into Futrli. That means each cell has a job to do, deleting any cells or adding your own will result in a broken spreadsheet. You can type your data in directly, but if copy and pasting, please make sure you're pasting values only.

For directions on how to complete each template, please use the links in the list above.

Step four - link back to Futrli

  • Master sheet created βœ…

  • Template selected βœ…

  • Data added βœ…

Your Master Sheet has a Control Sheet tab. You'll simply need to copy and paste the tab's name that you're looking to import, then head back into Futrli and sync.
