Don't keep it to yourself!
Like most things in life, Futrli Platform is better with friends! It's easy to collaborate and your team can be assembled in a matter of minutes.
Working together in Futrli Platform results in improved workflows and increased efficiency across your business. Let's run through the process of getting some invites sent out.

Who can invite who?
The ability to invite new users is determined by the role the user has, you can add or remove the ability to add users from the role settings section.

Know your roles
Roles are what determine the permission levels your invitee will have in Futrli. For example, you might not want a member of your marketing team to have access to all of your financial information, but you would want your Head of Finance to have the ability to see those figures.
We've given you five roles to get started, two of which are set in stone and can't be edited:
Super administrator (not editable) - Access all areas with the ability to create and manage roles, invite people into the team, manage organizations and data, as well as access billing information.
Administrator (editable) - Ready for you to set permissions
People manager (editable) - Ready for you to set permissions
Data manager (editable) - Ready for you to set permissions
Guest (not editable) - For those you want to allow to look, but not touch. Guests will only have viewing access, they won't be able to add/manage/change anything.
Roles can also be created and edited, giving you flexibility, click here to read more about role settings.

Sending the invite
Now you know about roles, we can get into the invitation process. In the top right of the window, you'll see a cog icon alongside a question mark and your initials. Hit that cog and you'll find yourself in your 'Settings'.
You just need to hit the option 'Add a new user' in the top right of the window. The required details can then be inputted (first name, last name, and email), before either hitting the plus symbol to send a further invite, or 'Next' to continue.
Now, select which of the roles you'd like to assign to this person. Choose from the dropdown menu before again hitting 'Next'.
The list of organizations within your Futrli Workspace will now show, ready for you to select which to grant access to. Within those organizations are their connected integrations, Xero for example. Tick which you'd like the invitee to have access to and hit 'Next'.
The last step - this is your last chance to make any changes! You'll see a pencil icon in each box. Hit this if you want to make any changes. If you're happy, hit 'Send' and your invite will make its way to your invitee's inbox!
