When you’re uploading non-financial Drivers into Futrli from Excel, make sure to follow the instructions below to fill in the template.

You can use this template to either add non-financial Drivers for the first time, or to add or update existing Drivers.

The following cells will populate automatically

After you download the template, the following cells will be pre-filled by default. Make sure not to change those fields.

B1 - Import Type

The import type must be 'Drivers'.

Make sure not to change this.

B2 - Organisation Name

The name of the organisation will show by default.

Make sure not to change this as it must be exactly the same as the organisation name.

Cells to populate

You need to fill in the following cells.

B3 - Start date

Set the first month you need to add non-financial Drivers to. This will pre-populate cell E5.

B4 - End date

Set the month to where you'll be adding data to. This will complete the data cells in row 5.

Column A - Driver group name

This is optional, if you need the Driver to belong to a parent group. You can then reference a group in formulas or reports.

Column B - Driver name

The name of the Driver, which is how it will display within Futrli.

Column C - Store on

Specify the day of the month you want to set the Driver against. If left blank, the default will be the first day of the month.

Column D - Decimal display

The decimal display within Futrli.

Column E onwards

Add here the value for each Driver.
