One of your options to share a report is to export a report as a PDF. There are two ways you can download and save a Report as a PDF:
Print a draft or published report and save it as a PDF
Export to Document Manager and then download it from Document manager
๐NOTE: This is the only way to share a report with someone who doesn't have access to your organisation. If you want to share a report internally, use the Send email option.

Export via the 'Print' option

๐TIP: The print option isn't available in Dashboards. You can convert a Dashboard into a Report to Print it.
Click the Reporting tab.
In the left-hand menu, click Reports. You can see your 'Published' and 'Draft' reports.

Click the option where the report sits currently, for example, Draft.
โClick on the report, then click Edit.
In the top right click Print.

โOn your printer pop-up window, on the Destination dropdown select Save as PDF.
Click Save, then choose where you want to save the report on your computer.

๐NOTE: The Print option only appears when you edit the report. It's not available when you click View/Schedule.
Download from 'Document manager'
Download from 'Document manager'
Click the Reporting tab.
In the left-hand menu, click Reports.
Click Published.
๐NOTE: To export a report via Document manager, the report must be published.
Click the report, then click Export PDF to document manager.

โ๐TIP: The "Export PDF to document manager" option is not available to Draft reports or published Dashboards.
However, you can send the PDF to yourself from a draft report, then download it from the Document manager.
When complete 'Document manager' automatically opens.

Here you see a list of all your exported PDFs.

โClick the download icon alongside the relevant report.

This then downloads to your computer. Steps may vary depending on the Internet browser you use.
