When you create a report, there are several options to allow other people to see it.
Publish report to share internally
Publish report to share internally
Every report you create is initially in draft status by default. This means only the creator of the report can access it.
When you publish the report this makes the report accessible to any user with access to the organisation in question. They can find the report under Reports, then Published within the Reporting tab.
📌TIP: If you're happy for other eyes to see the report, but would rather keep editing access restricted to you only, you can 'lock' the report. This keeps access to edit the report away from other users and makes it a 'read-only' report for them.
Do I have to publish a report to share it?
You can keep the report to yourself by leaving it as a draft. Even when in draft you can still export it, send it via email, and set up a schedule.
Staying in 'Draft' just means only the creator of the report can find it and access it when logged into your organisation in Futrli.
Email a report as a PDF

You can email reports directly to someone, even if it is still in draft.
You can either:
Send a PDF email immediately - This is useful if you want to send it now as a one-off
Create a new schedule - Use Report scheduling to schedule emails to other Futrli users with the report attached as a PDF
Download a report as a PDF

You can export a report directly from Futrli. This is how you can share a report with someone external who doesn't have access to your organisation in Futrli.
