Every forecast you create is initially in a draft status. This means only the creator of the forecast can access it. They can publish a forecast to make it accessible to any user with access to the organisation in Futrli.

You can export a forecast directly from Futrli. This is how you can share a forecast with someone external who doesn't have access to your organisation in Futrli.
Display forecast data in a report
