Every forecast you create is initially in draft status by default. This means only the creator of the forecast can access it.
When you publish the forecast, this makes the forecast accessible to any user with access to the organisation the forecast is for. It also makes the forecast available to reference in a report.
Select the Forecasting tab.
Select the relevant 'draft' forecast you want to export.
Select Publish.
Users can now find the published forecast within the Forecasting tab in the left-hand menu.
📌TIP: You can keep the report to yourself by leaving it as a draft. Even when in draft you can still export it to Google Sheets. Staying in 'Draft' just means only the creator of the forecast can find it and access it when logged into your organisation in Futrli.

Can I 'unpublish' a forecast?
You can't undo publishing a forecast. If you want to change the forecast to a draft status again, you could create a copy of the published forecast, and then delete the original forecast.
