If you no longer require a forecast you can delete it. You can delete a forecast no matter if it's in 'Draft' or 'Published' status.
⚠CAUTION: It isn't possible to retrieve any forecasts once they're deleted. They will need to be rebuilt.
If you want to keep a published forecast, but no longer have it appear for other users, you can create a copy of the forecast, and then delete the original published forecast.
There are two different but simple ways to delete a forecast.
Option 1 - Delete from the Forecasting homepage
Click the Forecasting tab.
Click the relevant forecast.
A pop-up menu appears. Click Delete.
Click Delete to confirm you want to delete it.
Option 2 - Delete when viewing a forecast
Click the Forecasting tab.
Click the relevant forecast.
A pop-up menu appears. Click View/Edit.
When viewing the forecast, in the top-left click Controls.
In the dropdown menu, click Delete.
Click Delete to confirm you want to delete it.
