How to refresh the sync in an integrated organisation

When you integrate Futrli with an accounting software, the system will synchronise the data regularly but you can always resync manually yourself.


How often is the data synchronised?

Data will sync with your accounting software daily. The synchronisation doesn't take more than a couple of minutes, but it can be quicker or slower depending on your organisation size.


Where can I see the sync status?

You can view the sync status from Manage your organisations.

You can also see it from the Summary tab, the Chart of Accounts tab, and from within a forecast page.


Where can I refresh the sync?

You can also refresh the sync manually from the following tabs if needed.

Data Connection box on the Summary page

  1. Click the Summary tab.

  2. Under Data connection towards the right-hand side of the page, click Sync now.

Chart of Accounts

  1. Click the Chart of Accounts tab.

  2. In the top right, click Sync now.

Within a forecast

  1. From the Forecast tab, open any forecast.

  2. Click the Futrli logo in the top right.

  3. Next to Data synced, click the arrows to refresh the sync.

๐Ÿ“ŒTIP: If you have a sync error, you can reconnect your organisation from Manage Organisations.


๐Ÿ“ŽNOTE: If youโ€™re using an Excel organisation, you can't sync the data but you can upload new values via the Update option.
