Map a report template

Map data in Futrli when you create a report from a template created in another organisation.

When you use a template from another organisation, Futrli asks you to map its data to the organisation you're using.

You can map:

  • Forecasts

  • Accounts

  • Formulas

  • Datasets

The mapping window opens when you create the report from the template.

📎 NOTE: If an option isn't available, create the missing data first. For example, create a forecast before mapping forecast data.

Complete the mapping

Use the mapping window to map the required data when you create the report.

Reopen the mapping window

If you close the window without saving, Futrli shows a warning until you complete the mapping.

Select the warning icon to reopen the mapping window.

Update a mapping

You can also update mappings from the report.

  1. Select the unavailable widget.

  2. Go to the builder section.

  3. Update the mapping details.
