What to do if your Xero organisation disconnects with Futrli.

If ever a Xero organisation becomes disconnected from Futrli, there's an option within Xero itself that can help you reconnect the organisation.

  1. In Xero, log in to the relevant organisation in question.

  2. Click the organisation name, then click Settings, and Connected Apps.

    Here you'll find listed the third-party apps connected to the Xero organisation.

  3. Locate Futrli Predict, then click Disconnect.

    Don't worry - this will have no impact on anything you have done in Futrli (only deleting the organisation in Futrli will result in losing work).

  4. Head back into Futrli to reconnect the organisation with Xero.
