When you no longer require an organisation, you can delete it.
⚠CAUTION: This is an irreversible action and you'll lose all data in Futrli associated with the deleted organisation.
Who can delete an organisation?
To delete an organisation to a Futrli workspace, you need to be assigned to one of the following roles:
Workspace owner
Super administrator
Administrator
Data manager
How to delete an organisation
When logged into Futrli, click on the organisation name in the top-right corner of the window.
Click Manage Organisations.
If you do not have this option speak to your workspace owner about upgrading your user permissions.
The organisations you have access to will display.
Click the bin icon next to the organisation you want to delete.
To confirm you want to delete it, click Yes, remove.
Can't delete an organisation?
If you follow the steps to delete an organisation, but you can't locate the section to manage organisations, this is likely due to your permissions.
You will need to reach out to the workspace owner who can update your permissions.
