You can add multiple organisations to your Futrli workspace.


Does it cost to add another organisation?

There are two subscription options with Futrli:

  • Single licence - You're charged per month for each organisation

  • Partner plans - These plans start from 10 organisations and are perfect for those using Futrli with clients

Who can add an organisation?

To add an organisation to a Futrli workspace, you need to be assigned to one of the following roles:

  • Workspace owner

  • Super administrator

  • Administrator

  • Data manager


How to add an organisation

  1. When logged into Futrli, click the organisation name in the top-right corner of the window.

  2. Click Manage Organisations.

    If you don't have this option, speak to your workspace owner about upgrading your user permissions.

  3. The organisations you have access to will display.

  4. Click Add new organisation.

  5. Select the data source you want to connect to and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to that accounting software. You can connect to:


    Alternatively, you can create a Demo Organisation.


Can't add an organisation?

If you follow the steps to add an organisation, but you can't locate the section to add an organisation, this is likely due to your permissions.

You will need to reach out to the workspace owner who can update your permissions.
