An overview of how organisation work in Futrli.

Updated over a week ago

To use Futrli, you need to create an organisation. When you create an organisation, you choose which accounting software you want to integrate with. Within this organisation, you can then create forecasts and reports using the data from your accounting software.

📌TIP: You can also make a demo company to practice creating forecasts and reports. This isn't integrated with any accounting software.

You can manage your organisations from within your Workspace.

You can access your Workspace in two ways:

  • When you login first

  • If you are already logged into an organisation click the organisation name in the top-right corner of the window and click Manage Organisations.

You can also access different organisations from various workspaces.

What software can Futrli integrate with?

When you add an organisation, you can choose to integrate it with a company you have in either:

  • Sage Accounting

  • Xero

  • QuickBooks Online

What's a demo company

Instead of creating an organisation that integrates with accounting software, you can create a demo organisation.

📌TIP: Use a demo company to:

  • Explore new features and processes, without affecting your real organisation

  • Train new users on how to use Futrli before managing forecasts and reports in the real organisation

There's a Demo UK and a Demo Australia organisation available for you to create. You can add both the Demo UK Organisation and the Demo AU Organisation to your workspace.

📌TIP: You can use your UK and AU demo organisations to create a practice multi-currency consolidation.

Create a Demo Organisation

To create the demo company, simply click Add new organisation and click Demo Company (UK) or Demo Company (AU).

Add an organisation page.

Can I add multiple organisations?

There are no limits to the number of organisations that you can add to a Futrli workspace. For those looking to use Futrli with multiple organisations, plans start from 10 licences.

Syncing organisations

Your organisation data syncs with your accounting software daily. You can manually refresh the sync at any time.
