This guide will look at all the options found on the Report homepage.

The Reports section on the left contains all Published and Draft reports:

Any report that you create will start life as a draft and appear in the Draft section.

Once published, the report moves into the Published section and is visible to any user with access to the organisation.

Under the Reports section you’ll find the Cash Flow, Balance sheet and Profit and Loss Dashboards from the Performance area. This is where you can edit those dashboards.

Whenever you create a new dashboard, you’ll have the option to add it to your Performance area.

When you create a report, you can use a template instead of creating one from scratch. These templates are ready-made reports that you can further customise to save you time.

The Document manager section contains four tabs and will show you all the reports that you exported or sent. From there you can view, send, download or delete your reports. You can also manage and review any scheduled reports.

You can find recently used reports and dashboards at the top of the page.

All the reports or templates listed in the left-side menu will have a dropdown option when you click them.

The options available will vary depending on the report status or report types.
