When you publish a 1 year P&L forecast, any user in your Futrli workspace can access and edit it. If you don't want anyone to be able to edit it, you can lock the forecast to make it 'read-only'. This prevents the forecast from further editing and is irreversible.
Click the Forecasting tab.
In the left-hand menu, click the 'Published' dropdown.
Click on the report, then click Close (Lock the data).
Click Close this budget to confirm.
It appears with a padlock 🔒 icon next to it.
📎NOTE: You can't unlock a locked forecast. However, when you create a new forecast, you can use the Create from an existing forecast option, and select the locked forecast to duplicate it.
