When you publish a 1 year P&L forecast, any user in your Futrli workspace can access and edit it. If you don't want anyone to be able to edit it, you can lock the forecast to make it 'read-only'.
📎NOTE: You can't unlock a locked forecast. However, when you create a new forecast, you can use the Create from an existing forecast option, and select the locked forecast to duplicate it.
Click the Forecasting tab.
In the left-hand menu, click the 'Published' dropdown.
Click on the report, then click Lock.
Select Locked, then click Share.
This locks the forecast for everyone and can't be edited. It appears with a padlock 🔒 icon next to it.
