The workspace templates feature allows you to share standard reports across all the organisations connected to your workspace.
If your workspace only has one organisation, you’ll still be able to use the workspace templates feature to save your own templates for regular use.
Who has access to the feature?
All Futrli users other than those with 'Guest' access will have access to the workspace templates feature. This means that all users will be able to create their own workspace templates, edit any workspace template, or use a workspace template to create a new report.
How is a workspace template created?
A workspace template is created from an existing report. That report is effectively duplicated, with the duplicate becoming the workspace template.
Who can access specific workspace templates?
This depends purely on which organisations users have access to.
If a user doesn’t have access to the organisation that the workspace template was created in, then they won’t be able to see or use that workspace template.
If a user does have access to the organisation that the workspace template was created in, then they will be able to use that workspace template in any other organisation they have access to in the workspace.
