Any user can edit any workspace template they have access to.

Click the report name on the Reporting homepage, then click Edit.

When you're ready to make it available for others to use, publish the workspace template. This makes it available to select whenever you create a report using a workspace template.

If the workspace template is already published, but you want to hide it, click Unpublish. This will show instead of Publish on a published workspace template.

If you want to delete the template, click the Delete option.
