An overview of the Summary page in Futrli.

The Summary page is the first thing you see when you access a Futrli organisation.

The Summary page provides you with a quick overview of the following:

Last 12 months performance

The graphic gives you a visual overview of your organisation's performance in the last 12 months.

๐Ÿ“ŒTIP: You can replicate the Last 12 months' performance widget in a report.

View steps

  1. When you build your own widget, select the bar chart option.

  2. Select Actual data from the Datasets.

  3. Select This month and the prior 11 periods.

  4. In Axis 1, click Choose data.

  5. Expand the Financial data section, then the Financial Statement: Profit & Loss section.

  6. Select Income, Cost of Sales and Expenses.

  7. In Axis 2, click Choose data.

  8. Expand the Financial data section, then the Financial Statement: Balance Sheet section.

  9. Select Bank Accounts.

  10. In the Default Axis 2 settings dropdown, change the graph type.

Current business insights

The current business insights panel gives you a summary for the following:

  • Performance for your Sales, Costs, Expenses, Net Profit and Bank balance for the period selected

  • Performance against the forecast selected

  • Summary of your customers and suppliers activity

You can change both the period and the dataset.

The envelope icon allows you to set up receiving this current business insight as a recurring email. For example, to receive this as an email every month.

This section allows you to access the most recent reports and forecasts.

Guided jobs to be done flows

You can follow our wizards to help you create a report or a forecast.

Data connection

This section shows you when your data was last synced with your integrated accounting software. You can synchronise from here.

This section will also tell you if you need to reconcile any bank transaction.

Users lists

You can quickly see and manage users with access to this specific organisation.
