If a workspace template was created in a different organisation, you may need to complete a mapping process when you create a report using that template.
📎NOTE: This only occurs when:
You have two or more organisations in a workspace
You have access to two or more organisations in the workspace
You're creating a report using a workspace template that was created in a different organisation to the organisation you are building the report in
As soon as you use the workspace template a pop-up window appears, prompting you to select relevant accounts to use in the report. For example, forecasts, accounts, formulas etc.
If you close without saving, you can click the red warning icon to bring up this mapping window again. This warning icon remains until the data is mapped.
You can update every widget by clicking the widget and updating it.
