User roles and permissions in Futrli

The list of roles you can assign to users in Futrli and edit what they have access to.

When you add and invite another user to Futrli, you must select a role for them. This determines what the user has access to see and do in your Futrli organisations.

Super administrator

📎NOTE: If you are the person who created the Futrli workspace, you will automatically be a super administrator.

  • Automatically has access to every organisation on a workspace, regardless of who adds the organisation

  • Can add organisations and invite new users to the Futrli workspace

  • When they invite others to the Futrli workspace, they can give them any role, including super administrator

📎NOTE: A guest only has access to the organisations that they're assigned to when invited to Futrli.

A super administrator, administrator, or people manager can edit a guest's permissions to have access to other organisations.

  • Can't add new organisations to the Futrli workspace

  • Can't invite any new users to the Futrli workspace

  • Can't amend any permissions for an existing user

  • Can't access or create workspace templates
