Edit a consolidated organisation

How to configure the settings of consolidated organisations.

After you create a consolidation, if there are changes you want to make, you can easily amend the consolidated organisation.

  1. When logged into Futrli, click Consolidations on the menu bar at the top of the page.

  2. On the consolidation you'd like to edit, click Actions, then click Consolidation settings.

What can you edit?

You can edit the following:

Consolidation entities

  • Consolidation name

  • Financial year end date

  • Presentation currency

  • Add entities (organisations) to the consolidation

  • Remove entities (organisations) from the consolidation

Eliminations

  • Eliminate accounts from the consolidation

  • Create or delete groups for eliminated accounts

  • Remove accounts from eliminated groups

Charts of Accounts Structure

  • Change the structure selected for the consolidation

FX rates

Click the relevant tabs and click Save to save any changes you make.

📎 NOTE: The FX rates tab will show only if you have organisations with different currencies consolidated.
