If you want to export a Report as a PDF, you can use the Print or Export to Document Manager options detailed below.
To be able to export a Dashboard, you need to change its layout and convert it into a Report first.

📌TIP: The print option isn't available in Dashboards. You can convert a Dashboard into a Report to Print it.
Click the Reporting tab.
In the left-hand menu, click Reports. You can see your 'Published' and 'Draft' reports.
Click the option where the report sits currently, for example, Draft.
Click on the report, then click Edit.
In the top-right corner, click Print.
On your printer pop-up window, on the Destination dropdown select Save as PDF.
Click Save, then choose where you want to save the report on your computer.
📎NOTE: The Print option only appears when you edit the report. It's not available when you click View/Schedule.

Click the Reporting tab.
In the left-hand menu, click Reports.
Click Published.
📌TIP: The "Export PDF to document manager" option isn’t available to Draft reports. If you don't want to publish it, you can send the draft to yourself and download it from the Document manager.
Click the report, then click Export PDF to document manager.
When complete, the Document manager section opens automatically
Here you see a list of all your exported PDFs.
Click the download icon alongside the relevant report.
Depending on your Internet browser settings, the file will either open or save directly into your Download folder.

To export a Dashboard, you need to convert it into a Report first. The Print and Export to Document manager options aren’t available to Dashboard.
If you need to keep it in the Performance tab as a Dashboard, you’ll also need to duplicate it:
