Manage your subscription

How to start and manage your subscription with Futrli.

How to subscribe

You can subscribe after you create your trial account.

Once you log in, you'll see a green banner at the top of your workspace. This shows how many days of your trial you have left. You can follow the link to subscribe.

Cancel your subscription

If you need to cancel your subscription, or if you have any subscription queries, contact Futrli support.

📌NOTE: Removing your organisations will not cancel your subscription. You must contact customer support to inform them of the cancellation


Sage For Accountants Subscription

If you use Sage For Accountants you will be able to remove the subscription yourself, to do this

  1. Click into the client folder

  2. Go to products

  3. Manage subscriptions

  4. Click Cancel subscription on Futrli.

📌NOTE: You may see a number of days appear once cancelled, if you're transferring the client you will need to wait this length of time before being able to transfer.
