Format a chart widget

Customise chart widgets in Futrli using axis settings, chart styles, and branding options.

After adding data to a chart widget, you can customise how the data displays. Use the Axis 1, Axis 2, and Branding tabs to adjust the chart.


Data includes

If the selected data contains child categories, groups, accounts, or predictions, use Data includes to control what appears in the chart.

You can choose to display:

  • Categories

  • Groups

  • Accounts

  • Predictions


Axis settings

Axis settings

For each axis, you can customise how the data displays.

Available options include:

  • Unit

  • Rounding

  • Scaling

Unit

Choose how values display in the chart. Available options include:

  • Number

  • Currency

  • Percentage

Rounding

Control the number format used in the chart.

Scaling

Control how values scale on the chart axis.

Axis 2

Use Axis 2 when displaying a second dataset. You can apply different settings to each axis.

Depending on the chart type, you can also use a different chart style for the second axis.

šŸ“Ž NOTE: To move data from one axis to another, remove the data item and add it to the required axis.


Branding options

Use the Branding tab to customise the chart appearance.

Available options include:

  • Show zero line

  • Show value labels

  • Show actuals and forecasts separator

Chart colours

Change the colour used for each data item in the chart.

Show zero line

Display a zero reference line on the chart.

Show value labels

Display values directly on the chart.

Show actuals and forecasts separator

Display a separator between actual and forecast data.
