You can change how numbers appear in custom chart and table widgets.
Available formatting options include:
Two decimal places
One decimal place
Whole numbers
Thousands
Millions
š NOTE: Number formatting is only available for custom widgets created using the Builder tool.
Format numbers in a table
You can apply formatting to individual data items in a table.
Edit the report and select the table widget.
Select Rows.
Expand the required data item.
In Rounding, select the required format.
Available options include:
0.00
0.0
0
Thousands
Millions
Repeat for each data item as required.
Format numbers in a chart
You can apply formatting to chart axes.
Edit the report and select the chart widget.
Open the Axis 1 tab.
Expand Default Axis 1 settings.
In Rounding override, select the required format.
If the chart uses a second axis:
Open the Axis 2.
Apply the required formatting.
The chart updates automatically.
Why are chart labels missing?
If a chart label no longer appears after changing the number format, the chart doesn't have enough space to display the value. Increase the size of the widget and check the labels again.
