There's no limit to the number of organisations that you can add to a Futrli workspace. Below are some common questions regarding adding multiple organisations.
When adding organisations to Futrli, it's important to be sure that you're in the correct workspace.

How do I know which workspace I'm in?
As a user, you can have access to multiple Futrli workspaces. You could be a workspace owner but also have administrator access to another Futrli workspace.
You can use the toggle in the top-left corner of the screen under the Manage Organisations or Manage Users sections to access your workspaces.

A user with relevant permissions can add a new organisation to a Futrli workspace from the Manage Organisations page.
The following roles have permission to add new organisations:
Workspace owner
Super administrator
Administrator
Data manager

The cost will depend on the type of plan you have with Futrli. You can find more information about plans and prices at futrli.com/pricing.
There are two subscription options:
Single licence
The default plan gives you access to one organisation. There’s an extra charge for each organisation you add to it.
📎NOTE: If you've created your own Futrli account, you're almost certainly on the Single plan.
Partner plans
These plans start from 10 organisations and are perfect for those using Futrli with clients.
If you're going to use Futrli with multiple organisations, contact our Business Development Team to make sure you're on the best plan. Our Starter plan is available for anyone connecting a minimum of 10 organisations.

If you can't locate the section to add an organisation, this will likely be due to your permissions.
You'll need to contact the workspace owner who can manage your user permissions and allow you to add an organisation.

When you delete an organisation, the system will normally update the billing to reflect the reduced count. However, we advise you to contact support to make sure your charges are accurate for the next billing cycle.
