Workspace templates are pre-existing reports you can use to build new reports. These templates are available across all other organisations connected to your workspace.

Any user role except for 'Guest' can create a workspace template.
Workspace templates created by a Futrli user are visible to other Futrli users, as long as they have access to the organisation the workspace template was originally created against.

All Futrli users, other than Guest users, can view and create reports from workspace templates as long as they have access to the organisation the workspace template was originally created against.
This is due to privacy measures during the mapping process, where you can see the names of accounts, groups and budgets/scenarios from the original organisation.

Create a workspace template
You create a workspace template by duplicating a pre-existing report.
Click the Reporting tab.
In the left-hand menu, click Reports. You can see your 'Published' and 'Draft' reports.

Click the option where the report sits currently, for example, Published.
βClick the report, then click Copy to draft workspace templates.

This automatically opens the new workspace template. You can make further changes to this template.
The template remains as a draft until you publish it. View the following section for more details on how to publish a workspace template.

Publish a workspace template
To make a workspace template available to other users, you must publish it. There are two ways you can do this.
There needs to be a section (and probably a new article) here about how to actually use a workspace template - basically going through the mapping process.
Creating a new report with a workspace template
Workspace templates are reports created in an organisation, that can then be saved to a workspace and used in a different organisation.
All users (excluding 'Guests') have access to the workspace template feature, but access will also depend on which organisations a user has access to.
A user will have the option to use a workspace template, providing they have access to the organisation the workspace template was originally created in.
For example:
User A has access to 'Organisation 1' and 'Organisation 2'.
User B has access to 'Organisation 1' and 'Organisation 2'.
User C has access to 'Organisation 2'.
User A creates a workspace template using a report created against 'Organisation 1'.
User B will be able to access and use the workspace template, as they have access to 'Organisation 1' (where the report was created).
User C will not be able to access or use the workspace template, as they do not have access to 'Organisation 1' (where the report was created).
To create a new report with a workspace template in a different organisation, you may need to complete a mapping process:
This process is selecting the relevant accounts to use in the report.
Every widget can be updated by clicking into the widget and updating it.
